There's no question about it. Before we can walk, we must crawl. For aspiring entrepreneurs (like many of us here at Wealthy Affiliate) freedom from employment is still a dream. Employment certainly takes the lion's share of most people's lives, and not only the time, but is the central fixture in millions of lives.
Until we can replace employment, we must engage in it.
For those who can see employment for what it is are fortunate indeed! The lingo of employees and entrepreneurs are like black and white. A few choice keywords will bring up a list of comparison between the two mentalities. It's all over the Internet so it is not necessary to put it here.
It goes without saying that traumatic experiences can certainly get in the way of one's dreams and desired futures. It's unfortunate and one's own alibi is the healing of time. Such anomolies are:
- Family disruptions of all sorts
- Financial hardship and ruin
- Sickness & disease.
You get the picture. They can and do ruin aspirations and dreams. Unfortunate as these are, they happen to us all, or to someone dear and close to us, and it can and does affect us in advers ways.
In our learning curve having a good mindset as recommended here in your training is critical to our being able to get to what we define as success. Totally agree, an overused and sometimes poorly used term, yet if we are careful to define what success means to us, not having it be just monetary, it will help give impetus to reaching our goals.
Thank you for the time you have invested in creating this. Love that it has bubbled up on a surface that includes me. '-)
