So after steps 1 and 2 you are left with more or less 50% of your initial load and this task should be accomplished in around 15 minutes.

In this step you are going to store those emails which contain information you don’t need for a particular task but are important to keep with you such as bank statements, tax information, invoices, etc.

This step should decrease the size of your inbox 10-20%.
