Hello, I decided to share about energy. There are two types, positive and negative. Positivity works on motivation and activity, and you find people who encourage you to participate and move forward. Negativeness is lethargy and laziness, and you find people destroying you. They are lazy in the first place. I always look for talented people who have positive energy and want to extend it. Other people of that energy they have are like the wind, if it comes, it brings rain. This is how they are. Greetings to all of you who are full of energy.

Really great video. Changing your internal voice to a positive source of feelings was for me one of the hardest things to do. But now I keep getting positive reinforcement when I listen to my “ internal voice” The difference it makes is amazing.
And as you said, some days it’s just grit that keeps you going. And we all need that exercise to keep the body fired up.

Our capital, Port of Spain, is a beautiful city, Stephen.
We live around what is known as "D Savannah'.
It is like Hyde Park or Central Park and the views are breathtaking.
On weekends, we head off to our retreat in the mountains or on the coast.
Moving inward is the key that many, if not most of us, struggle with.
I did for YEARS!
Now that I have calmy nested within my inner self, life has taken on a very different meaning.
Achievements seem to be effortless.
Not that there are no hurdles to get over but I approach and manage them differently.
