BACKGROUND

We (my partner and I) have started some new e-commerce sites and are using varying social media platforms such as YouTube, a FaceBook Fan Page, Twitter, Google +, Pinterest, etc. to start getting the word out on what we offer.

I am using some other tools that help get shares, likes, pins, subscriptions, and the rest but this is one that is easy and quick to get started with and we are also using.

No money involved, just a little time...

HOW DOES IT WORK GENERALLY?

It is a barter system in a nutshell, where you provide shares. likes, subscriptions, and tweets, etc. for tokens, and in return you can spend those tokens on getting the same for your own website locations that you select...

Because some people are too lazy to go through the process of taking all these acions on a regular basis, OR they want to scale up and have found this to be an effective way to build up their social 'buzz' they can become a paid member or buy tokens that can be exchanged for actions by others...

As you can see, their list is quite extensive. So far I have tried the backlink tool and it seems to be working ok....I will be looking and trying each of these over time and will come back to add to the tutorial my thoughts of each...

In glancing through the items, I can say that I would likely NOT use a few of them. For instance the sintext compiler tool, the article spinner tool are two that jump right off the page...Some others though, we will see...

PROOF IT WORKS

Here is a screenshot of results for three days of using some of my coffee time in the morning to earn tokens that I then spend on my websites I am trying to get social activity for:

I need to point out that we are not looking for Pinterest followers, Twitter followers, or web traffic, these options for getting social activity have been turned off...

We are averaging about 75 social actions a day (for a cup of coffee!)...Over a month, that is around 2250 total...Some of these are cumulative, so over time you can build a good social activity picture for site visitors...
