What is Rapport?

A good relationship in which you and your customers/referrals understand each other's feelings and ideas and communicate well.

In the online business world, email was proven to be the most effective means of communication as it also helps in identifying if a prospect is qualified to do business with us or not. (You can't join a company if you're not using email)

Building rapport with prospects or referrals and staying in touch with them is vitally important to our online business.

How Are We Going To Do That With Our WA Referrals?

Wealthy Affiliate provides us with ways to communicate with them, but in cases where you find posting in their profiles not enough, then you have to think of other ways to get in touch with your referrals outside WA platform.

I initially inquired if there's a way where WA can provide us names and contact info of our referrals so we can search for them in social media, but they declined for good reasons.

With this challenge, I find the idea of getting the desired information right before they enter the WA system, by using tools like lead capture page and autoresponders.

Now, since most autoresponder services already provide opt-in forms we can use in our site's side bars, as bloggers in WA, the idea of setting up a lead capture page becomes optional.

In this short tutorial, I'm going to orient beginners about autoresponders, the types according to use, and how to set them up.

Let's begin.

Hello Roger, how are you doing now? Were you been able to watch Jay's recent webinar on email marketing and list building? It is highly related to our topic in this training.

Coach Gom,,

Thank you for sharing this great short but sweet training. One thing I learned is that most ARs provide opt-in forms. I feel like that is such a simple thing which I could have learned long ago. A highly kept secret by some IMers, perhaps? Anyway, no time like the present to learn and put into action! Thank you again.

Best,

Jamie

You're welcome. It's good to be a member of this community (WA) where most of the members are generously sharing ideas to help one another with no strings attached (with no aim from profiting from the person being helped).
