In Summary:

In GenerateBlockPro - you can choose from over 183 post templates and you can use them as you wish. They are located in the main blocks browse menu.

But, you can also create your own custom post template, and save as a local template that is built by you, and you can reuse whenever you want. It is a great way to create a standardized post that is unique to you and your site.

This is a very handy way to showcase individual items that are in the same category.

Note: GenerateBlocks free version does not have this feature. But if you have GenerateBlocks Pro - I encourage you to try this out and make your life easier.

I have not seen where you can save a post template in wordpress, that you can reuse again and again. Which is what led me to the one in GenerateBlockPro.
