By Clicking on the Local Templates tab you can start to build your own Local Template. It really is that easy. I was amazed.

The steps are listed below. You build a favorite template just like any other post and then save as a template.

  1. Add new template
  2. Create new template - just like you would create a post
  3. Save the template to resuse again and again
  4. Build your template with Blocks - like any post, add anything, it all works.
  5. It will be in your local template library, or under GenerateBlocks in your Dashboard
  6. It will also be in your Local Templates block when you browse all blocks in a post.

If you want to make changes to your template

So you can edit your local Template by selecting it under the GenerateBlocks Dashboard menu here: Just edit it like any post and then save / publish

I have not seen where you can save a post template in wordpress, that you can reuse again and again. Which is what led me to the one in GenerateBlockPro.

Ah, ok, I have not checked out the latest theme. I tend to use GP as my default.

Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks Stephen, I was amazed that it was available, admittedly you need GenerateBlocksPro - but what a great resource, that I did not know existed until I went looking for it.
