Actually Awin.com offers a tool called adMission which does this too. It works with affiliate links for any network or source and automatically shares your disclosure info, so if your page includes an affiliate link, the disclosure shows, and if it does not include a link, the disclosure does not appear.
I'm just concerned here that it gives you the option at the end about only selected categories. The key must be the inclusion of an affiliate link. Is that what triggers this?

Good point Jeanine.
This particular plugin does not necessarily "detect"affiliate links. I use it to indicate to the reader that my post "May contain Affiliate Links".
I guess it covers scenarios where there are Affiliate Links and where there may not be any.
This is my simple understanding. And by "Automatic I meant that you set it up and it shows on all the Posts set.
