Enthusiasm means your ability to focus and stay focused on a single goal , until it becomes a reality.
Most people mistake excitement for controlled enthusiasm, think one has to be excited all the time to show pure enthusiasm.
It's not true . In these times of distraction and lack of attention , this principle of enthusiasm play an important part to achieving a higher level of success in reaching our goals in life.
Dr. Napoleon Hill has written a whole chapter on this principle of controlled enthusiasm , if you haven't read the laws of success , or think and grow rich , pick up a copy of these books to get more information on enthusiasm .

I would tend to see the type of enthusiasm you've presented here as sheer determination. It's what successful athletes do. It's what the military does. Successful business owners do the same. (Wealthy Affiliate is an obvious example.)
I've tried to make online income since 2004, and it didn't begin happening until 2013! It has been consistent since, but not enough yet to support me full-time. To get to the point where I made my first sale (probably wouldn't be making any to this day without WA!) it took tremendous determination to keep going in spite of opposition from nay-sayers and those people who are still living in the 19th century with regard to making income!
