Using the information contained in the first three parts of the series, decide what features and functions you want your theme to have?
- What type of layout do you want, 1 column, 2 column, sidebar, etc.?
- What subject (if any) do you want it to reflect?
- What features/functionality do you want it to have? Do you want to be able to customize colors? Include a custom logo or header image, etc?
This is actually the most important step in the process. Making the general decisions for the look/feel of your site.

Thank you for putting all this together. I also followed the links to your previous training and now have a much better understanding of terms i.e., "columns" , purpose of side bars, etc.
Your rationale for choosing a theme is excellent.
I am still a little confused when I see the option to add a menu - isn't one enough? Why would I need more than one menu and where would I put this second or third menu?
