8- If the image file still exists in the site map , you have to repeat the process .
9- The AIOSEO xml sitemap settings that i use - just for the benefit of the reader - are as follows : ( I tick only the settings on the photo and i keep the rest options unticked )

I would check with tech support because I don't think there should be any error messages for crop images at least I don't think there is anyway. I hope this helps you out

I had already contacted support. They couldn't help me BUT I had more than one issue.
So far everything seems to be resolved though.

You should click on "add new" when you are in the plugin menu in wordpress . Otherwise, wordpress will search the name in the already installed plugins , not for new ones .Just go to your wordpress site, click on plugins, click on " Add New" then search the word " file manager " as shown on the following photo, select the blue color thumbnail for plugin " file manager".
