4- Use the image clean up plugin ( very easy to use ) make a scan and delete all the images with incorrect metadata .
5- Go to the AIOSEO general settings and update .
6- Update the xml sitemaps .
7- View the xml site map and search for image urls that previously caused errors in google console . You should not find them . By now they should have been deleted from the site map .

I would check with tech support because I don't think there should be any error messages for crop images at least I don't think there is anyway. I hope this helps you out

I had already contacted support. They couldn't help me BUT I had more than one issue.
So far everything seems to be resolved though.

You should click on "add new" when you are in the plugin menu in wordpress . Otherwise, wordpress will search the name in the already installed plugins , not for new ones .Just go to your wordpress site, click on plugins, click on " Add New" then search the word " file manager " as shown on the following photo, select the blue color thumbnail for plugin " file manager".
