After you have published your comment and guest blogging policies you have the blue prints to dealing with any comments or guest blog submissions.

You can refer to them anytime you are unsure what to do with a comment or guest post.

Hey Shirley,
thankfully my unpleasant commentor was not a WA member. But it made me realize that the more exposure my site gets, the more it can attract people who "like to argue". After doing some research and learning that interacting with them does not get rid of them, I decided to implement the policy. It has worked very well for me so far :)
