Thanks for responding, I was hoping you would that since you provided the training that you'd be able to clarify.

I was under the assumption that it would not work effectively and am wondering if this is a new CSS format that has been released.

It's HTML not CSS

When you add 'style=' and any styling element inside of it, that is CSS.
