On the sidewalk Sunday morning, lies a body oozing life... -Mack The Knife
OK, so you have been bitten by a shark. What can you do?
If you have made your purchase through Clickbank and you have saved your receipt, then go to http://www.clickbank.com, log in and click on the Help Center tab at the top of the page. In the left hand column, you will find the Customer Help icon. Click on that to look up your order. Use information from your Clickbank receipt to help you open a dispute with the shark. Clickbank is great at helping you get your money back from the shark, but you will still bear the scars of the transaction costs.
If you didn't buy through Clickbank. things get a bit more dicey. Hopefully you used Paypal. If you did that, you can open a dispute through them. This will take longer, with less certain results. Still, the odds are in your favor. If you used a credit card, you can open a dispute through the credit card company. This will take even longer and your odds could drop a bit more depending on the credit card you used.
As a last ditch effort, you can open a dispute with your bank when the transaction shows up on your statement.
This made me think of a customer complaint website which promises to get you your refunds. It cost $5 to lodge a complaint but I once used their service long back and got $150 back. Here is a link if anyone wants to check it out. http://www.thesqueakywheel.com/ (not an affiliate link). Thanks Christian!
Funny bit of personal history here: my mother used to sing this song with us when we were kids/teens. After awhile, all we needed was to hear her hum the first few notes as one of us was all excited about some great thing or other that we had crossed paths with, and we knew she was alerting us to danger.
Thx for this ! and gold for you
