When you are signed into your Google account, all of your tasks will sync on all of your devices.

Capture the wisdom of the universe and the thoughts that cross your mind. When you think of something that you want to do but don’t have time in the present moment to take action, add it to your Master To-Do List. Your tasks are easy to organize in lists and can move from one list to another.


I find that I use Google Task Manager on all of my devices.

  • I like the Chrome extension for adding and organizing lists when I am working on a PC.
  • The iPad app works well when I am on the go or not working on the PC. It is very easy to open the task app, add a task or rearrange by priority.
  • One of my favorite list is my shopping list that I access from my iPhone.
