Step 3: Find new ways to say what you want to say

Now obviously you will be competing with a lot of websites that are writing about the same or similar topics to you. The trick is to give your reader something different from the millions of pages that are saying the same thing. You want to try and be unique but in a way that people can relate to.

Don’t worry you don’t have to be a genius and you don’t need to figure it out on your own, I have a trick up my sleeve to share with you..

There are so many tools at your disposal that you can use to get ideas from like google images, pinterest, even instagram! Just look for quotes related to your topic and tweek them a little bit to suit your style.

When you find something you like you can use them as inspiration for your headlines, sub headlines or even as part of your main content, but don’t copy them word for word! They are just to help you get ideas and open your mind to the possibilities that are around you. Again, just use them as inspiration and form your own take on their words.

Here are a few example of using quotes and how you can change them to be your own:

• “You didn’t gain all your weight in one day, you won’t lose it in one day, be patient with yourself” changed to “Give yourself time, Rome wasn’t built in a day, it took about a fortnight”
• “It has to be hard so you’ll never give up” changed to “The harder it is the more rewards you’ll reap”
• “Don’t compare yourself to others, compare yourself to yesterday” changed to “Don’t judge yourself based on others, you’re not them you’re you”

Action Step 1: Go to google and other search engines as well as different image sharing sites and find 10-20 quotes and phrases on your topic and write them down.

Action Step 2: Play around with the phrases and quotes that you have found until you come up with your own unique way of saying the same thing. Don’t worry about whether they will be used as headlines for now or as part of your main content, for now just focus on expanding on the quotes and phrases you’ve chosen.
