When to Backup

The simple answer is very frequently!

It is really good to get into the habit of backing up your site frequently, a minimum of once a week.

It is even better to create a backup immediately after you have created and published each of your posts.

Conclusion

I would strongly recommend that youuse most or all of these methods of backing up.

Once you have got into the habit of frequently backing up your site, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that you will never lose all of your hard work!
