Stand Out with Good SEO Tactics
Most people associate SEO with putting keywords on pages. While that is an important aspect of SEO, there are many other aspects to it. This is only one type of SEO.
You will need to use more than one type of optimization if you want to drive as much traffic as possible to your website.
These four SEO strategies can help you rank higher for keywords that are important to your website. Although you won't need all four, it is a good idea to have a better understanding of how to improve your site rank.
1. On-page SEO
This is the type of SEO you are most familiar with. On-page optimization refers to all the information that visitors will see on your site. Content is the main focus.
High-quality, informative content is the key to effective on-page SEO. Not just informative, but content that ranks well must solve problems that no other pages solve (or at least solve them better than any other resources).
You must share top-quality information. At least, it should be 10 times better than any other content. This is no joke. If your content is utterly unique, it will rank highly. Always start with an answer to the question under your first paragraph, even better make it a list that Google could use as a snippet.
Once you have decided on a title, Google the page one posts and review the top five to see what they have included in their posts. You may get a few more ideas or see questions that need answering. All this you need to include in your posts if you want to compete.
On-page SEO is all about making sure that your content is the best. There are many other factors that can help a page rank high in search results. Keywords, the example I used earlier, is a crucial one.
