301 Redirects Made Easy

Many members ask me what to do about pages/posts they wish to delete. Here is the method to create a "redirect" from the old URL (link) to the new one cleanly. I will reveal two methods - one that's easy, but requires a plug-in. The other, not so easy, but, I'll walk you through it and it doesn't require a plug-in.

Thanks, PJ!So, after doing like this the deleted page will not appear anymore in Google!I delete some pages, remove them,etc but they still are in Google with Ooops...!!!!!

The deleted pages will no longer show in Google Search Console as a 404 - not found, correct.

Thanks again. Peej, I've learned a lot from you here at WA. Going to do it the ugly way. I mean without the pretty link plugin. I got this, but wish me luck anyway.
