Hi Ivelina,
Good information. I have a question. I am at the part of my training which is about joining an affiliate network (I plan on joining the affiliate network called Commission Junction and Arwin). I don't have any affiliate programs either. My website is about video gaming.
Basically, right now, my website has 15 posts. They are finished with content and images. I am not advertising anything right now, but I am about ready to start that.
Your video about the 3 places to share posts is very helpful.
Should I wait before adding these sharing post places? Should I wait till I have added an affiliate program and advertising products within my website? Or would it be okay to join them now?
Thanks for your help. Also, I would appreciate any tips about choosing affiliate networks and programs.
Good stuff, johnny

I ear of Commission Junction and many Others, but they just formate a platform for you using some of their product but mainly are to be found in Clickbank, Amazon, eBay and so on,

when you purchase the software ( Commission Junction) you will have to invest more money in buying other software type funnel one, traffic maker, autoresponder and more,

Here at WA, we learn how to avoid getting stuck with so much software and platform,
don t get me wrong all it's good but everything at the right time it's the best!

just register your self as an Affiliate to Company as I mentioned above and insert slowly the products link that you are more accustomate with You can choose thousand of them,
it's free to register and you will have your own Affiliate link so any sale you get the percentage that it's shown on each product that they have

also, these Companies gives you training and a more deep understanding of how to fit all in,

so I will do my homework before getting into something that just sounds good, right?

about posting to other platforms:
early you start and better it's! and as many you can too!
if you had a software that Automatically will launch your blog with links of your products/pages
to all Social Media, platforms and more you will use it for sure!

I would, but also we need the tools to handle all of the responses, subscribers, visitors, comment, clients, sales, returns, questions, emails and more to come!

that s what we learn here at WA and I know it seems a slow process
and we need Money yes!

but hope that this my written words help,

have a good weekend :o)

I want to be clear, are you talking about doing affiliate programs like Amazon or eBay? What about joining an affiliate network? The lesson I am currently on says I need to join an affiliate network. I am not sure what I to do.

I reread your post a few times. It seems like I don't really need to join an affiliate network, but just affiliate programs like Amazon, eBay, and others. If this is the case, does the lesson in our training need to be updated. It seems confusing.

HI, Johnny
An affiliate network is a platform with lots of affiliate programs
For example here is a UK Affiliate Network. https://www.paidonresults.com/, another example for an affiliate network is Commission Junction
This is a place where a lot of affiliate programs are offering internet marketers and other bloggers and website owners to join them and promote their products and services.
It's easier to join affiliate programs directly with the sellers.
You can join an affiliate network as soon as you have your website.
Hope that helps.

Hi, Johnny,
in my opinion, you can join the blogging communities anytime, as it allows you to share a post a day. It does make sense to have a few affiliate products advertised as well. You can place adsense as well.
My personal experience with choosing affiliate networks is simple. Use it and see if it works for your website.
Keep the banner or the link until it reaches at least 400 clicks. If you haven't made a sale by then, then it's time to change it.
Hope that helps. Keep it up!

Hi Ivelina, thanks for taking the time to reply. I think I am clearer now. You agree before I start using blogging communities it would be best to have products or programs already within my posts.
That makes sense. I appreciate your help. johnny

Hi again, Ivelina.
I have my website up and running.
I just got through joining "Commission Junction" network. I am not sure about what happens next. Do advertiser look and review my website and let me know? Or do I contact the advertiser? I got a message after I joined there would be a 14-day review.
You mention the banner. How does thank work exactly in simple terms? I am an old dog trying to learn new tricks.
Also, I guess my next step is to start looking and adding affiliate programs to my posts. Am I getting this right, Ivelina? I am feeling overwhelmed about getting this correct.
Let me make sure I got this right.
Affiliate networks are collections of affiliate programs. Ex. Commission Junction network.
Affiliate programs are collections of products or services. Ex. Amazon affiliate program.
I am sorry to bother you so much about this. I know I am over thinking a lot of this.
I trust your advice, your training has always been so solid and helpful.
Thanks, johnny

Well done. The first thing you can promote on your blog is WA.
Yes, the affiliate network has hundreds of online merchants who offer their affiliate programs to publishers.
Once you join CJ you have to apply separately for each program and wait for the merchants to accept you.
A banner is simply an image, that your readers can click on and it will take them to another website: in your case, it will be an affiliate product. Most merchants will have that in their back office, similar to the ones we get here in WA.
We all have been there, internet marketing can be overwhelming, but explained simply sounds like this.
Create a blog where you post valuable and useful content. Sell various products and services on it. Master one strategy at the time. Connect with other bloggers. Remember to keep it simple and have fun.
You are very welcome, Johnny!
