Ad an original creative side bar widget! I have made the widget fixet. It stays on screen while you scroll.
You can either link it to your getting startted page or directly to the WA signup page. The plugin I used to fix the widget is called "Q2W3 Fixed Widget" by Thomas Maier, Max Bond.
Create "Fake" blogs at the bottom of your posts. And add them into your footer area. Don't be fooled by this image, these are screenshots of my blog, and added as a clickable gallery in my footer area. I used the plugin from tip ! 2 here as well and linked them to my "getting started page and the FAQ page" on my website.
Testimonials are always a plus for your website, give it a post! Or 2...
I gave the testimonials 12 posts and placed the links to them in my footer widget.
Thanks for all the tips!
Thank you for sharing your findings with us!!
I love the top bar, that's what I have been thinking of for weeks now, wouldn't it be nice, kinda thing, and there you show me how to make it so.... how cool is that!

Addition # ! 2
I use the plugin "WP Gallery Custom Links" by Johnogg, to be able to make evey image in the gallery seperately clickable.
This plugin still works on my website but it is "retired"
