The very first Google ranking factor on the list here is mainly about the totality of the user experience on your site. There are many factors that contribute to your users having a wonderful experience.
Can it be calculated at all? Of course, it can. Google employs the use of an artificial intelligence program called the RankBrain; it integrates different ranking signals, they are:
- Bounce rate
- Users’ dwell time
- Click-through rate
Although these are a very crucial signal that Google employs; there are still many more, but I would suggest you keep the above three in mind.

You can see details when you click on Pagespeed Insights, and select to show details for mobile. In the summary, you can see what is "slowing" your website down on mobile phones.
It doesn´t necessarily mean that your website is not working well when viewed on a mobile phone, but it is a report showing where you can optimize it for mobile phone use.
