Great to ask that. It is going to vary here so much you won't be able to put a finger on it.
Some make money within the first month...some make money within the first year. And even others have had the misfortune of going into the second year.
I made $22.50 in my third month. Working full time. But nothing since. I was told I changed my site to many times. So it is going to depend heavily on how many hours you put in, what your niche is, and other factors.
Making money does happen. We just never know when.
But an average? There is none. Trust me. And what kind of profits are going to depend, again, on what your niche is, and how many hours you devote.
I don't have a regular job so I work this 8 hours each day. Every month I get 22.50. So I will be one to make more money going into my second year.
I've heard of a member or two here making their membership yearly fee back within 6 months.
It is building a business and not a quick fix if you are needing money right away.
