I signed up but cant seem to get it right please help

You find this within your actual code, which is found within your Editor.
If you go to:
Appearance => Editor => Header.php
Within your WP back office, you will be able to edit the code and you will see this code there. Then you can add the Adsense code that is given to you. Just make sure you do not delete anything within the code as it can break your site.

I want to make my first product review and blog about WA is this allowed?
I definitely don't have time to waste. LOL I would have a lot more done if it wasn't for my 7 yr old being diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes T1 earlier this month and most of my time is devoted to learning how to take care of him in a whole different way. I have a full plate and I don't like to throw things a way so I biting and chewing everything so I don't choke.... I know you get what I am saying. Thanks

Yes, of course and if you are going to head in this direction I recommend that you go through the Affiliate Bootcamp. This is where you go if you want to create a business within a niche related to Wealthy Affiliate.
By all means though, this is a direction you could head.
