A Very Weird and Wonderful Week

Hi WA Friends

I have had a great weekend and busy one.

On saturday myself and a friend went back to my home town bournemouth to see my family my middle and youngest daughter's along with the newest addition to our family.

My friend had never been to bournemouth before so we really had a good day and she had never met my daughters before either, my middle daughter and my granddaughter met us for lunch so we sat for ages annd talked about alot of things.

If i am honest i was glad that my friend was there for a little backup for me because sometimes i am a little soft and my daughter can be a little hard and then you add the factor of my youngest daughter i feel always feel like a lost piece of a puzzle but i was really surprised about how nice they were.

My middle daughter was telling me that she was never having another baby as she already had a little boy he is so funny and what a character he has she didn't bring him with her yesterday but brought the baby she was absolutely beautiful and so dinky long fingers and the cutest little face i have ever seen.

From the start of my daughter falling pregnant i knew she was having a girl so i started looking at the clothes and brought quite a bit for her the only thing that i wanted was a woven bag and i looked everywhere still i did not get one never mind.

Taking my good friend with me was the best idea we went everywhere and shopped we went for walks so that she could see bournemouth but didnt get near the seaside because it was so windy, so we stopped at a bar and had a drink perfect end to a fantastic day which was the icing on the cake.

When i go home most of the time i meet with my eldest daughter we always make a day of it go for lunch and search for things that we want and we always meet people who we kow and grab a coffee, over the last few years i have connected with quite a few good frends and stayed in contact which is really good.

One of my friends is someone i worked with in the hospital and we have been long time friends but lost contact because of what my ex had done and i had to move so re-connecting was fantastic my eldest daughter gets on so well with her because she has known her for so long, something that goes to show you don't have to live in eachothers pockets to still be friends after twenty plus years and this friend has an amazing personality.

The moral of the story is sometimes letting go of what was is easier said than done but sometimes you need a block to put the new in place and forget what was there done with crying and shouting it does not get you anywhere just a stupid impression enjoy the here and now which is what i have been doing for the last year and yesterday i just felt so relaxed with my great friend and my daughters.
