Blissful
I am so relaxed i have had a couple of days off and don't go back to work until tuesday, but tomorrow i am meeting a client to talk about her parents care and when i actually start i won't be traveling 20 miles a day or even getting on a bus to me this is heaven.
The buses can take up to two and a half hours to get to work and then the same coming back so tomorrow is really great day for me.
On my journey back yesterday i was taken back by a young guy we were chatting a lot about psychology and depression he also had a very good sense of humor we also spoken about the psychology and the questions they ask at such a young age, these babies know so much with absolutely no fear at all.
A day is a day just give that day a boost just to put a smile on someones face buy them a bottle of milk say good morning or hello you dont know what is around the next corner.
There are down days for everyone and there are the days when someone with depression do not want to get up or get out of bed.
I have studied so hard over the last few years i love helping people and will continue to learn and i will not stop if i dont succeed the first time i will keep trying and staying positive evenif sometimes i dont sound great.
It is not always about penny popping its about what you want to achieve and pushing yourself that little bit further to achieve that little bit more.
Stop looking through rose tinted glasses if you really want something go and get it that is what life is about.
