I canceled my membership a while ago and now I am getting messages about payment not going through, what kind of service is this??
You need to manually cancel your membership. Go to your profile pic top left then account setting, from there you will see membership, Click that then click stop billing and cancel membership and you are done.
Wishing you well
Go to your Profile, In accounts, cancel future payments, cancel account and log out- That's it and besides it is only your 1st month here so this will be your payment required to stay premium

I can send mail and that works perfectly! but I do not receive mail for some reason. any ideas?
Where are you sending email from? Check everything like your putting the email name right. if it continue check with site support. Just know they are gonna ask you if you checked everything.

I have tried several places, but I have just copied it from my site manager here on this site and I have made sure that the name is right several times. But I will contact support.
