Actually the code that he suggested for the first one but not for any others. I can read some code but not enough to solve this problem. If you have a different solution I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hi Mike, If you have your page in the edit mode where you can see the image.
Look just above the text area and you will see 3 sets of little paralel
lines.if you mouse over left is align left the other 2 are center and right.
Click once on your image to highlight it, Then click on the appropreate
alignment button at the top.
Hope this gelps.

I reposted a video on my Google+ account today and I am in the number 1 spot on a google search for a keyword I am using. How is that possible? I am wanting to duplicate it but n
I found once that it picked up immediately on the top but later after switching off and on again it did not. Probably Google remembers your own search pattern. Maybe the real test would be from someone else's computer?
I hope for your sake this is correct. I once thought the same thing until i learned that you must do your search incognito to get the true results. Google knows it's you and will give you false results. When i did my incognito search i was like on page 7. I hope this is not what happened to you.
Dennis
if you are using google chrome in the top right corner will be a customize and control icon, after clicking this you will see a list drop down that includes opening new incognito window, this will let you search and will keep your ip address hidden
That makes sense! I don't have google chrome, but have heard of it. So I'll look up to see what's chrome is all about. Thank you. - Tina
Not sure, but i think most browsers have some feature like this, you will have to look at your browser options.

Hello WA Community! I wanted to basically do a poll if you will on a subject that I am building a site around. I would love to get the opinions of all of the WA community because
Acceptance - being able to accept and appreciate everyone for the personal qualities they bring to the table. Inspiration - being able to inspire others to reach for something more, better, bigger. Humility - the ability to acknowledge that we all need something "bigger than our selves" to achieve anything. Melody
I recently looked up the word Integrity (I wanted to use the Webster Dictionary definition to make a point to someone) - The quality or state of being of sound moral principle, uprightness, honesty & sincerity.
Based on your second paragraph I have to say that first I would have to know they had a heart towards God. Then strength of integrity in the fullness of the definition above. And if they have those qualities the humility, transparency, confidence, vision and ability to delegate are usually present as the Lord leads. :) Christa
Willingness to listen to the concerns of others. Being able to make decisions and act on them when it's necessary, even if it isn't the popular solution. The ability to inspire confidence in others.
Integrity, someone who walks their talk
Vision, someone who sees what can be, and inspires others to do the same
Confident, yet humble
Hi Mike - it's all about the 3 C's!!
Character, Competence & Courage - in fact I even wrote a post on it! :)
http://growchurch.net/3-qualities-of-a-good-pastor
Some of my favourite quotes about leadership are:
"If you think you're leading and no one is following you, then you're only taking a walk."
and something like "Leadership is the ability to turn a vision in a reality" - thats not quite right but close enough...
I think vision is very important also, integrity (comes under character) - the ability to inspire others.
You could also talk about the difference between managers and leaders. In a church setting your team is made up of volunteers so the threat of sacking does not work - thats the real test of leadership when people are giving of their time and money willingly.
Mike I could ramble forever, this is one of my favourite subjects and I read a book a week on this stuff!
One last thing: my definition of vision is this: A mental image of what COULD be, fueled by a desire that it SHOULD be.
Hope this helps spark some ideas : )

Good evening all. I have spent much of my day today analyzing keywords with Jaaxy to be able to use in my content for my site, and to get familiar with the Jaaxy tool. Pretty coo
When I see a QSR of 0 I'm always a little suspicious. I would double check with the WA keyword tool as well.
I agree with Trialynn, the lowest the QSR, the better, even if it is a 0. Just use it if it has enough monthly searches!
Considering QSR is the number of competing pages, 0 is a very good number, as long as there is interest in the keyword!
From what I have learned a QSR under 300 is great. But also need monthly searches at least some volume. I am no expert but I am promoting jaaxy on my site! http://www.honestworkhomebusiness.com
So I think it's good!
As long as at least 50 monthly searches, then yes it would be a great one. Also what is the SEO power?
Apparently it would be a good thing, since there is traffic, searches but no competition. This would be a GEM.
Hello there, according to kyle, he said it can be a good thing because you would get ranked faster but might not start getting traffic right away but you will get traffic anyways.
