Kyle? Carson? We Have A Problem.
WhAaaa...! We Have A Problem Houston.... I Mean WA!
I tried to create a subdomain, and encountered this message several times after each attempt:
Oops! We ran into an error on our side and we're working on a fix!
....does anyone... Kyle? .... Carson?.... WA BackOffice Team Support...? ... know anything about this?
Let me know if you experience the same issue.
Regards
Edu

But if they are working on a fix, why do I need to contact, site support. I just recently received this on trying to transfer a new site to WA.
You can't? I could, but ok nothing was on my sub domain. Perhaps you must first delete the content and try then?
Edu, I suggest you contact SiteSupport, as per other members' response. But, in response to Greg, I too cannot delete subdomains.

I have not experienced this problem. Everything is fine on my end. I do hope Site Support can help you to rectify the problem. All the best.
Site Support is your only way to get this fixed, but it may take a while I guess, they are still working on my issues for days now... can't do a thing till they are finished... sometimes it looks problems are deeper as we can see especially on server level. Guess we need to be patient.... :(
Btw I tried that several weeks ago and it worked without an issue, but not long after that I experienced some speed issues, no idea if it came from that, so I removed it for the time being.
Let us know how it goes.
Good Luck!
How long have you had your main domain . Did you receive your admin password for your new domain
Have you put in a support ticket for this? They would get a handle on this problem much quicker with that than with a blog. :)

Hey Edu,
Like many have suggested, this sounds like a site support issue.
