I received this error message since I setup email with IMAP Settings (as recommended by AtMail Help) in Outlook.
Why is this happening and how can we get rid of the pop that keeps re-occurring even when closed?

It's best to either fill out a support ticket or send Carson a private message, as they are not likely to see the blog post. To fill out a support ticket, go to SiteMatrix on the left (the blue button). Then click on Site Support. Then fill out the ticket. Make sure you include the URL to your site. They will get back with you in no time.
Not sure If I am correct but it says the set up is with SMTP not IMAP it might not be supported.
Did this get fixed after all? I am facing the same problem now.
