There is a Niche in Your Life
How I Chose My "Perfect Niche"
So, here I am searching for the perfect niche, My definition of perfect being a niche that I have some knowledge of, a product or idea that appealed to a hungry crowd.
Impulsively, my mind latched on to the idea of starting a health niche.
I have enjoyed a full life of good health despite breaking so many of a healthy lifestyle rules. From a very young age I was attracted to Eastern practices such as yoga and meditation. I exercise for an hour four days every week, and at 62 years old I have never had any surgeries or major illness.
But good health is not a niche, it's way too wide.
Then I remembered, I had a problem. A seriously bad health problem, one that I know haunts literally millions of world's population today.
Smoking cigarettes is one of the most shamefully sickening, and irrational life choices anyone can make. That is a problem I am very familiar with. .
I smoked cigarettes since I was in High school. It was not long before I was addicted, and knew that it was not good for me. I tried to stop using the patch, pills, and even cold turkey. Nothing worked.
It's hard to stop after you have been smoking for over 40 years.
Then one day I stumbled over a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Therapist who may have used hypnosis. Whatever it was it worked.
That was in 15th September, 2015, and since then I have recommended anyone who had a strong desire to quit to book a online session with this particular young lady.
I was able to stop in one weekend, and have not smoked one cigarette since.
Now that's a niche with quite a few hungry prospects who are literally dying to stop smoking.
This niche may or may not be lucrative but it is also a niche where there will be a lot of resistance to change. From my experience, stop smoking prospects must have a mindset that is committed to changing this behavior.
I accept the challenge, for the lives of the smokers among us.

I think it would be a good niche. There are a ton of things out there that you can market related to this niche. You might want to focus on one part of that niche to cut down on competition. Use some long tail keywords in your search and see what you come up with.
