Aha, now I get it!
It’s taken me a while but I finally understand!
What?
I have figured it out, what I'm doing that is! I started here in July this year and have achieved some success within WA! I have made some very good friends, my rank is 104 and I have 2 websites.
The websites aren't making any money or bringing that much traffic in which does make me sad! Yep, that's me, crying like a baby!
I realised that my keywords weren't that great. How did I know? I went back and looked at the training. Amazing what you forget when you are just doing things naturally. I forget to properly research my keywords on quite a few of my posts so hopefully making a few tweaks here and there will help!
Training
It's fantastic isn't it?! I mean where else do you get so many types of training materials. The Online Entrepreneur, the Affiliate Bootcamp, Classrooms, Live Training. Unbelievable!
I was overwhelmed by the sheer size of this platform and all the training there is to do, but, once you knuckle down it's just like school. But better!
Community
What more can I say about the community other than AMAZING, WONDERFUL, AWESOME, actually there is a lot I can say!
This is the only place I have ever felt truly at home and somewhere that I can be myself, have fun and interact with people who really want you to succeed. Seriously, nowhere in life do you have a job or work with others that actually encourage you and celebrate success like the amazing people of the WA community.
I haven't met any of you but there are quite a few people here (you know who you are) that I now consider friends. I would love to meet up with you and have a drink (beer, wine, whiskey or tea and coffee) and a conversation about our lives, ambitions and whatever else there is to discuss. Maybe we can meet at Vegas!!
One thing is for sure, I love you all.
So, what do I understand?
I understand two things about why I am here at WA.
- To learn how to build an online business and make money
- To give support to others. Cheer them on, celebrate success with them, have some fun and make a joke or two. Make people feel good.
I really love making others feel special and I hope that at some point I have made you feel good.
That's what I understand and it's all I need!

Hey Tony! This is a great place. Lots of great training, a wonderful community of caring, likeminded people, and founders who love to give us new tools and make improvements. That's hard to beat! It still takes plenty of work on our part, but that's okay. We each have to find the path that works best for us as we build our businesses. So we tackle the challenges, learn from our adventures, and help others do the same. :)

It is always about the basics, right? I love how each person will uniquely and naturally pick up on certain things in the beginning, then, suddenly, just as you did, they'll just "get" some of the other ideas later on down the road. I think it is because the best way to learn is usually through experience. After putting in a few months work, other things you were told way back in the beginning, when you knew ZERO about online affiliate marketing, suddenly have real meaning.
Congrats on your insight. Time to do some more keyword research myself!

Great insight! It's not an easy road and sometimes its all too easy to step off and give up.. that's the easiest road to take, the one of least resistance... but I think we are a community of people who won't quit! I remember something Kyle said about quitting, that it could well be that the day after you quit, could be the day you actually achieve! Now that is a powerful thought, one that I cannot risk being true... so I keep going!

Hello Tony, I understand you. Don't worry about ranking or keyword or any. I think you learned something, and you are learning more. we are the same. One day we can raise the winning flag. Learn and learn more, things help, supports, cheers are continuing for others. your and me winning post not far away, it will near us.
