Green Secure Padlock, WA Support is Awesome!
Is your website secure?
Do you know how to check?
Look up to the left corner here at WA and you'll see the word Secure in Green along with the Green Padlock!
All of my websites are now secure with the Green Padlock & I have the Awesome WA Support Team to thank once again!
They are Amazing!
The link at the top is what they shared with me and I highly recommend the Why No Padlock site to everyone!
Here it is again --> https://www.whynopadlock.com/ <-- Click there and save it.
That's all that I have to say about that!
Do your sites all have the Green Secure Padlock?

Heeeeee Tony, you have saved my website.
I ran the check using the link you provided and found some major issues. A lot of red Xes, plus could not find the secure green padlock
I contacted site support and they fixed the problem immediately!!!! Woooooooow!!!!!!!!! This is the best blog I've read today.
Is WA not wonderful? Thank you very much Site Support
Thanks for sharing. I visited the link you shared and ran a test. This was my result.

Please can you shed light on this?
I don't also see a padlock when I open my private websites.
workwithhomejobs.com
Is that an issue?
Hi Joe,
this is actually remarkably simple :-)
Just follow these simple steps and your SiteRubix site will be secured. Please note that free sites that are ***.siterubix.com cannot be secured.
1) open the SiteRubix Site Manager
2) click on the Details button for the site you want to secure
3) in the SitePlus+ section, switch on the SiteSSL (HTTPS) switch.
That's it. Easy peasy.
side notes:
- Your http:// domain will automatically redirect to https://
- for most other hosters out there, this isn't so simple and usually involves getting a certificate ; installing a certificate ; redirecting
- you must add the https:// domain to your google analytics yourself
Thanks. I have one site (my first here at WA) that I started on .siterubix .com and then later moved to a domain the I purchased through WA, and it is secure.
My other is still hosted on .siterubix.com and is the one I was asking about. I thought that it could not be secured, but was under the impression from reading here that somrthing had changed and now could be secured. It isn't a big concern since most of my time has been spent on my first site, and I will eventually purchase another domain and move it.
Thanks for your reply and best wishes,
Joe
yes!! Also because my sites run on SiteRubix :-) These guys are indeed awesome!
And although I found my old hoster was cheaper for a domain, they charged apart for the certificate, and in the end they cost the same as here in WA. But WA is faster :-)

Have run a check and all good thankyou. Was just wondering if you could please explain for me on what page and where the Green Padlock would be? I have looked at my website page and can't see the word secure or the green padlock. Am I looking in the wrong place?
The Green Padlock is at the top of the screen, to the left of the URL for your site/post/page.
Excellent, wasn't looking high enough! Cheers
