Community Challenge!
I challenge each and everyone of you to step up and help stop rules violations.
When you view something that you know is against the rules, simply private message the Friend who is in violation and kindly let him or her know.
If it's something that you're not sure if it is against the rules or not, simply contact a member who has been here for a while and ask him or her.
If he or she doesn't know for sure then he or she can ask a member who may know and so on until in some cases asking Kyle or Carson may need to happen.
If the Friend who is in violation responds and is not willing to follow the rules, there is a little down arrow at the top of blogs/comments etc... that you can click on and it says "Report Spam"
Sounds harsh but if the Friend isn't going to comply then there isn't anything else to do except to report him or her.
Wealthy Affiliate has rules for a reason and they should always be followed.
have I ever broken the rules at WA?
Yes I have, sometimes knowingly and sometimes unknowingly.
When I was told about the rules I complied and there have even been a few times in my over 31 months here at WA where I have lost my communication privileges for a while, I am in no way claiming to be anyone special.
In that same area, not any member here should be allowed to break the rules!

You got it. Challenge accepted. We really do need to step up and keep these people on their toes. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, they say.
In reality you are helping the offender understand the rules, most of us would not intentionally break them
I agree. Members might break the rules unknowingly. If someone points it out, it not only helps them, but it helps others who read.
Lickily, I have not seen any breach. If I were to make a mistake and break any rule, I would hope to be notified so I could make the proper adjustments.
I will take that challenge. I'm pretty new here, so I'm not real knowledgeable on the rules yet. But I will do my best.

You are totally right! Maybe I just don't see it, but we should have a "Rules Button" on the side bar for easy reference.
I will do my best to help the community by familiarizing myself with the rules first.

I am doing this, Tony. And being a kind of a grammar nerd, I also point out grammar mistakes when I feel it appropriate.Funnily enough, some people resent. I wonder, why? I do it not to blame them, but to help.We are all learning here..:)

Well, English is my second language and I know I make mistakes, but I like to think that it adds to my uniqueness. (Well, that is what I tell myself in anyway!) ;-) LOL! But if you see me make some terrible mistake, I would love to hear about it please!

Uniqueness is your special style, peculiarities of the language, choice of words, etc, not grammar mistakes.
If many,or bad, they will undermine the trust of the visitors of the site,or just look unpleasant. But I am sure it's not your case.:)
