How do I get people signed up under?
I do not know If it is something I missed or I am just not getting it
I called a month ago to get a refund and did not get one and this month I called to cancel my account and you guys still some how got the money out of my account. I want a refund, what do I have to do switch banks altogether? Give my a break, haven't you people stole enough poor peoples money.
Hi Tonya. First of all, there is no phone number to WA, so I am not sure who you have been calling.
You need to go into your Account Settings (lower left corner), go to Subscription Settings and click on Manage Membership. In red letters it will say "stop billing and close account."
