I have seen people use Powerpoint to create a video by combining their voice with the written form if you know what I mean! How do they do that in Powerpoint?
You can use slides in Powerpoint and record your voice using Audacity (free from https://www.audacityteam.org/)
Just create a presentation and record yourself giving the presentation. Here is one of my first cheesy videos made from PowerPoint and live presentation. https://youtu.be/85l75QLQurE
You can use PowerPoint to make different types of video styles: a formal training or commercial ad.
You’ll need PowerPoint for the pres and video software for the recording. I personally use screentastic-o-matic and some members use snag it or camtasia.
Thanks for your prompt response 'kimwolfe!'
I have seen videos where the presenter's spoken words are shown in writing against a white background.
I just wondered how to go about that.
I believe there is a certain 'trick' to doing that professionally.
Cheers,
John
The trick is just a recording with a script and editing out out delays as needed. Some folks use a microphone for professional sound.

Yes that’s one way to do it. Go into more detail when explaining rather than just reading the bullet points though. You don’t need to show your face, you need a screen capture recorder like quicktime or screencast-o-matic to record the screen and your voice while you go through your powerpoint presentation. You can then upload the video file to your youtube channel and also embed the video within the content of a related article on your website.

Hey John,
Here's a tutorial that may offer you a resolve: Embedded Videos Slowing Down Your Webpage? Try it and then recheck your page to see if this resolves your loading issues. I'm certain it will.
Hope you find this helpful.

Probably nothing. His IP address doesn't match yours, so WA probably prevents access to your site (and it should, we shouldn't really give our FTP details out to anyone) thinking that it is a hacking attempt.

I just noticed that my websites on Google don't show the https:// in front of my website. How can I rectify that?
SSL is coming to WA soon. It's currently in beta stage and being tested by a few of our members.
Thank's Marion> I just noticed your reply! So, I don't need to contact Namecheap and pay them for the SSL certification, right?
The SSL has to be installed where your website is being hosted. If you have it hosted at WA then you won't have to pay.
