Hi All,

I was just wondering if the PC Parts niche (as in hardware) was a good way to go? As I have seen a lot of websites that have been stopped before they were even s

Yes, I have seen many folks make money in this niche. Of course, only a portion of people push through to take initial profits to full time income.

I would try to find a connecting thread to WHY people are buying these PC parts. Is it for gaming? For custom computer building hobbyists? For something else? With a more defined audience, you'll be able to find more specific products and tailor your content towards them.

But yeah, PC parts can definitely make money.

Hello,

I have some knowledge about the percentages PC shops have when they sell for example a laptop...
The percentages are very low (between 10% - 20%) and I live in Belgium, so I do,not know how it might be in your country...
But you can understand that they cannot give a big percentage to you as affiliate when they have only 10 - 20 % themselves.
(I talk about the smaller shops, not the wholesale)

To be honest: I think software can be a lot more interesting...
And everybody needs an antivirus,...

Grtz,
Bert

Has anyone had success with the pc parts niche?
