Building my website came up with 25 keywords. Stuck with SEO. Competition high.
Did I chose the wrong niche? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

Be specific to get help. What is this about 25 keywords? What do you mean stuck with SEO? Competition is high everywhere.

To make it simple: How to work on keywords while building your website? How to find those (long tail) keywords that seekers will type in search engines and your site will be hit?
Thanks you all and cheers,

How to find keywords - use any keyword tool, you have Jaaxy included in your membership. Go for low QSR, below 30 or so, but check also true competition incognito because QSR is more or less a meaningless parameter. Make sure that the keyword has some searches, the more the better, keep it above 50. Also target new items on the market so you will not have competition at least in the beginning, this may be risky if you are not familiar with the industry. Also, disregard cliche statements that any niche can be profitable, it cannot.

Thank you for your reply. How to get access to Jaaxy keyword tool?

I agree with others - there is no such thing as wrong niche but may be the strategies need to be reviewed and approach it differently. A lot of popular niche is highly competitive but you can always 'dig' deeper to see if there are sub-niches within the same niche that you can tap. Not too overly concern about keywords - there are just guides to write your article.

I agree with the others here. Just keep searching for those keywords. I feel like this - no matter what niche you are in or what your competitors are doing...YOU CAN DO IT BETTER than them! Keep your chin up and plow through. You got this!!

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks for your encouragement Yvette. Would you give advice how to go on with 25 most useful keywords found to find the right Long Tale Keywords, please? I am a beginner in SEO. Thank you.

I guess I am not understanding what you mean about 25 useful keywords. You will be building your content on your website on an on-going basis. You will be needing many keywords throughout the course of building your website. I think Joe gives some helpful advice with his suggestion. If you have any further questions about this, can you be more specific?

The niche you choose needs to be something which you can write about forever and a day. However, there can be such a thing as the wrong niche if you go about it the wrong way. I have ditched a niche even though I could write as described because the interaction was not there and a few other things.

I am on the right niche now, and happily moving forward, writing as I can.

Quite happy to talk more about it you want, just PM me. BUT please remember I haven't made money in my new niche and I am far from an expert.

There is no such thing as bad or good nice Tom ...

There are no untapped niches anymore :(

If you can, you could try to narrow it down a bit, but literally speaking "this is how it works" ... You'll have to work on your keywords

For me there's no such thing as the wrong niche. If it's something that you are passionate about and can write about then that's your take on that niche. For example there are tons of people telling us how to lose weight and it's just their spin on eat less drink less and exercise more but they all survive in that niche. Hope that helps

But can you make it profitable? If not, then this is a wrong niche. It is very hard to make it profitable.
