Hi - I really don't like the phrase "I found your website on a list"
What kind of list? A list of organizations to target? That is how it comes across, as though you don't really care about them, they are just one of a number you may be approaching.
Try and connect with them on a more personal level, as though you really care about their cause.
"I found your website when searching for information on human rights/animal conservation/elderly welfare etc".
Your email is fine.
It is important to have your website up and running before taking action with your email.
It's great to see you have ideas! That is a big plus, but be sure you follow the training and get your website up with content posts for your niche,
The website is up and running well. The products are listed in their own respective categories, so the layout is good as well. Also, there are some unique designs in there to help me stand out from the competition as well.
Only thing is, that I want to communicate this to any receiver the best way possible

To me you are cold calling on them.
You said you loved their website however found it on a list. Perhaps try and find a more appropriate angle.
Credibility super important. You want folks to trust you, have you any testimonials you can provide your recipient may contact before proceeding.
You ought to also include your professional website, on your website have your contact details clearly visible.
Some points I would consider important.
Hope this helps.
