Coming Around The Corner
Well, we're less than 10 days from the completion of month one of the SAC. I hope everyone is nearing completion of month one tasks. As for me, I've got a couple posts left to do, and few loose ends to tie up.
Even though I've gotten most of my posts done, and my website look and feel the way I want it (for now anyway), I've wasted a ton of time playing with my website, second guessing myself, and just procrastinating on a few things. I know this is just the beginning, and the upcoming months will probably be much more grueling.
I decided to sit back and jot down a few things I need to work on and do better at.
- STOP procrastinating. Don't put off to tomorrow what I can do today.
- I believe I take far to long writing my posts. I need to be more productive during the time I set aside for writing.
- Put more time into the Bootcamp training, I'm lagging behind on that.
- Proofreading. Need to make time to go back and proofread my content. I went back and looked at some of my content and man, it was bad. Missing words, incomplete sentences, etc.
- Stop second guessing myself, and just go with my gut feeling.
- Make more posts to my WA blog.
I'm sure I'll come up with a few more things to add to the list, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.
I've enjoyed working with everyone this first month, and helping out where I can. Thanks to everyone for the encouraging posts, ideas, suggestions, and just sharing.
I can't wait to see what's in store for month two.

You'll get there! We all have something (or a few somethings) we struggle with or wish we could do better. It's a matter of recognizing what we're lacking and doing our best to correct it.
I'm myself struggle with perfectionism and that really slows me down sometimes. I'll spend a couple hours writing a long post or text to someone, editing and rewriting things. Then I post it or send, then I worry about what I should have said! Sigh. I need to work on that.
On the positive side, Google loves updated content so going back to proof previous posts will help you tremendously! :) I myself need to do this... after Monday.

Looks like you are making good progress Michael, sometimes it can feel like we are not making progress when in fact we are.
