The Power Of Low Comp-Long Tail Keywords
Hi WA friends, I turned a low competition keyword phrase into a post called (Does Amazon Sell Fake Products) using Jaaxy.
It has 120 monthly searches, 21 hit's to your website if you'r on page one with the keyword phrase, and 22 competing websites for this exact phrase.
I've been ranked on the number one page with this phrase for about a year now and many times in the number one position.
Do you know how much traffic I get from this Low Comp Phrase? 22 people, hardly.
I get between 1,200 to 1,500 visitors to my site per month with this single post that I learned how to write right here at Wealthy Affiliate.
You put Amazon with fakes/fake goods/counterfeit watches/ whatever with my keywords and I'm on page one of Google..
That's the power of long-tail, low competition keyword phrases in our world as internet marketers.
If you would like to know exactly how I did it, please view my post at http://goo.gl/rqVYxQ
Any comments or social shares would be kindly appreciated if you find value with the information.
Happy Sunday and take care my fellow Wealthy Affiliates.

A colleague recently used a similar technique to push past Discover Channel's coverage of major sports event. I need to explore this.
Yeah, it's a cool technique, but the key was that the article was provoking and people want to know if Amazon sells fakes. The article has achieved tons of traffic (currently 1700/mo), so it just tells us that we rank under more terms than just our keyword phrase as well as the power of engaging content.
Cheers,
Todd
