My first lookback

It's now been 12 days since I first pushed the green Course 1, Lesson 1 button and started down the WA path. I had come into this by looking high and low for some online business that I could invest in that carried with it some valid proof of recompense down the line. I had already fallen for one scam; in fact, I'm still trying to get my money back on that one.

Because I teach music out of my recording studio, I know how to recognize good instruction when I see and hear it. I have been so pleased with the videos and instructional lessons Kyle has made. They really covered the bases well, and in a sequence that makes sense. Step by step, covering the specifics in a logical manner has brought me to today's milestone - the final lesson in Course 2. Now I shall step into the area that brought me here in the first place: how to truly monetize my content, brand and efforts.

Stepping up into Premium was a no-brainer at the $19 first month special rate. Big thanks to Kyle and Carson for doing that. They obviously recognize that people need to see if something works first before they invest a lot of cash, and they're giving us the opportunity to spin our words and ideas into gold before the price goes up to where it needs to be long-term. It looks to me like the normal price is completely reasonable...IF you're making money from your efforts. I hope to see that is the case with me soon.

It's also pretty rare you see a site making community outreach part of the progress plan. I think that's what makes this site viable. Without the support we can give one another, we wouldn't get nearly as good a foothold on the Web right out of the gate. I appreciate that, as Kyle says, he doesn't want it to take as long as it did for him. Education cures that, and we have obviously good curriculum here.

I've started a second website, but I decided around Course 2, Lesson 2 that I'd instead concentrate on my first one, SeriousGAS.com, put in really cool content and try to monetize that puppy as soon as possible. Once I get that done, my plan is to proliferate sites. After all, it is a numbers game, and we can't expect all our golden eggs to be found in one basket.

My short-term goal is simple: I need to make more than the WA membership cost when my 2nd month comes around.

My long-term goal is also simple: $1,000 a week made from right here in front of my computer.

Pipe dream? Several on this site say it can happen. For now...I'm gonna walk down this road with them...well, actually, I'm more running than walking, but, you know what I'm sayin'.

Good thing I've got an ergonomic keyboard, 'cuz man...my forearms have been feeling the strain of typing more than ever in my life. It's a good pain tho'. It's the feeling of scarcity mentalities leaving the body. :-)

Wishing all of you blessing and success from the work you put in.

It's awesome to read your excitement. I feel the same way. As for typing, it should be easy for you as a guitar player. Do those finger stretching exercises you do before playing. It helps a lot :)

YES! I definitely have been, tho' my guitars have been neglected as late. It's okay, tho'...I've told them if they let me do this they'll have lots of new friends to join them soon. LOL

Way to do it! Good luck
