No, but if you follow the training and apply yourself, there’s no reason you won’t succeed.
Hi - no, as success is determined by how much work, time and effort you are prepared to put into building your website and business. You have plenty of training as a free member, you don't have to pay the premium upgrade if you don't want to. Just remember, it's not a get rich quick scheme and will take several months before you can expect to make any money.

This is a training platform that offers you to learn real skills like how to build your online business that attracts thousands of visitors a month without having to pay for any of it.
My business generated 370K FREE visitors in 2018 thanks to the skills I've learned in the WA training here.
This is what you get to LEARN here.
What YOU do with the training is up to you and YOUR success also depends on you.
NO ONE can guarantee you any success. This is a BUSINESS you're building, not a system you're trying or anything like that. You're learning how to build your own affiliate marketing business.
So you'll be learning how to build your website from scratch.
You'll be learning how to pick a niche to start your business with.
Then you'll learn how to create your first website.
Then you'll learn how to build it out and write helpful content to help the people in then niche you pick.
Then you'll learn how to use affiliate marketing to make money from your website.
There is absolutely no guarantees here because nobody has any idea how you will use this training and how often you'll work on your business.
You're paying for the education, the web hosting, the access to all the minds here at Wealthy Affiliate, a personal coach, keyword research tool, Live Chat Help, Live weekly webinars, etc, etc, etc....
This business also takes TIME to build and you're not going to be making money any time soon.
The more work you put in, the more results you'll see, but the work you do today, does not result in pay til down the road. Businesses build and grow gradually and the way this business works, you have to put in a lot of work in the beginning (first year) before you see much money.
Most people take 12 months to 18 months to make a 4 digit monthly income. (I took me 19 months, and my highest month was $7.9K in Nov/18 - all income proof on my profile.)
So, there are no quick riches here if that's what you're looking for.
