Can I reclaim a referral that's been mistakenly credited elsewhere?
yes
A referral is connected with a referring link. If it's been credited to somebody else and you wish to have it be credited to you, the answer is: you can't. Similarly, you cannot have a referral link for another person in your family and then have that family member use the same physical computer that you are using. Simply because the cookies associated with the tracking link won't work.
The only way you can get the credit for a referral link is to be the one that has given it. Otherwise, there would be a constant war of who got the referral.
Just as I started my bootcamp I decided to post some of “my WA links” on a page I had specifically created for this purpose on Facebook. I realized movement on my &
When you said you have had 1 referral confirmed, did you get an email for that?
Based on my understanding, Clicks Content means the number of people clicking on the content you published at WA such blog, question/discussion threads and training. That clicks come from the search engine.
Everything you published here gets ranked in the search engine.
ok thanks, I haven't got the email address as yet. what i had done was I had sent the person my link via a facebook message. they claimed they joined WA through that link, this one; https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/tindoh
The funny thing though is that soon after that confirmation, I saw 1 (click content) added, which kinda confirmed it but there were no refferals to correspond. I asked again a couple of days later whether he had actually joined and he confirmed so with the username Onai. help please coz I have had dozens of such clicks through my facebook campaign and am just afraid some of these could be "lost referrals". It is quite demotivating. I will get his email adress.
That isn’t your affiliate link, that’s your profile link. To get your affiliate link, click the airplane icon at the top right and click Program Details. You’ll see Your Affiliate Link. Copy and give them that link.
When someone joins WA via your affiliate link you’ll get an email notification with the title “Invitation Accepted!”
When I type Onai, this is what I get.

Ok thanks again. So if they joined via my profile who did that refferal go to then, I thought it would still go to me, coz thats how I joined.
This one I’m not sure. If they ever had visited WA before, perhaps from visiting websites that has a WA review on it and they click on the affiliate link, they will be placed under the owner of the website which most likely a WA member.
Send a PM to Kyle. He may be able to put back the referrals under you.
Hi Tindoh, if you go to your plane on the top right go to your referrals there you should get a log of all of your referrals. Hope it helps.
