I am having issues getting Elementor templates that I have finished to my website. I tried exporting and then importing but no luck. Has anyone had this issue and how did you f
First off - the regular or the Pro version? Are these pages or themes that you have built? Did you consult their documentation? I have a feeling you built a theme - in which case, you would add it via the 'add theme' part of the themes menu, not import.
I am unable see my products on my website. Everything is in the back office but when I try to view it, nothing is there. Only thing that shows up Is my blog post. Has this happ
Since this is related to site issues, it's best to reach site-support, I presume your site is hosted here.
After spending hours on this, I went to WordPress website. After digging around, they told me to try changing the theme and see if that works. It Worked. I don't know how I found it. Sigh of Relief. lol

Where you your site hosted? Where are your links coming from? Do the links work when they're 'outside' of your site? Too many variables to determine what might be wrong at this point. If your site is not hosted at Wordpress, they won't help you.
I finally got it. I went to WordPress website and found out that there was a problem with the theme. I don't know how I found it but they suggested to change it to storefront. It worked. I was getting a bit frustrated though. lol

I went through something like that I would put the link in and then view the page and click on the link and nothing would happen I had contacted tech support and they fixed it for me and now the links work fine. I hope this helps you out. Let me know what happens
