My traffic is coming from facebook ads, outbrain, taboola and organic too, yes.

The only thing that has decent conversions seems to be organic traffic and also I seem to make sales to other WA members too...I don't make many sales though. Certainly not enough.

I don't get much traffic from social media to my site so it isn't surprising that I don't get sales from it though. If you are getting traffic then maybe it can produce sales.

Although, the exception to this is traffic from Twitter to WA. I don't have a WA promotion (or work from home) website but I post to Twitter with my WA link so people can come look at WA and hopefully sign up. I get a lot of traffic to WA when I do that. I don't have any premium sign ups yet but I just discovered this avenue recently so I think I probably could if I continue with it. The advantage is there is hardly any work/time required. I just write a catchy line or two and paste in my personal WA link and add a good picture to get people's attention. I like that you can recycle tweets on Twitter too. I just go back and find an old one and repost it occasionally. The downside to Twitter is you pretty much need to be on there every day.

I really believe organic traffic is the best. Facebook etc. get a lot of tire kickers who are just killing time looking at stuff. If someone finds you through an organic search, they are ready to buy or at least seriously considering the options.

I am seeing the value in adding content to increase organic search traffic. If you have a product and you write one review you have one fishing line so to speak out there to catch organic traffic. If you write another post on the same product with different keywords and maybe from a different angle, you now have multiple lines out to catch that many more customers. You can do your review with the product name in the title as your keyword, then do a "What is the best security system" or (use whatever keywords are best) review. You probably already do this, so this may be redundant.

Another suggestion that really helps...ask for comments. Use the Site Comment feature here under SiteRubix and also use the WA comment thread post. Comments boost rank in Google. I was amazed how quickly this worked for my recent posts. In just a day or two of getting comments you can significantly boost your post's rank.

I am just now figuring all this out so I have not made a bunch of sales lately but I think I am on the right track. My sales always come in spurts.

I just posted a new blog about what I'm learning on this particular topic that I'm writing about in this blog. I'm learning some more and getting new ideas too. I love your idea about Twitter. I'll have to try that. What is your take on this frank email I got today from someone who manages several affiliate program What do you think of this email I got today? Discouraging? Maddening? It kind of makes me mad in a goading kind of way. As in, when a cowboy kicks his spurs into his horse to get him to start running again LOL.

Actually I have been doing a lot of posts about all this. I have been sharing my impressions and what I thought was working, how it actually works out etc. Since I am not making any sales lately though, I am reluctant to post a comprehensive "This is what I do" type post. Then there are always those who disagree anyway. They may say social media is necessary, or you need an email list or whatever. So, until I make good consistent sales I am reluctant to post on a comprehensive strategy.

Well, all we can each do is share our own personal experience. If people don't like it then that is their problem. We are all searching for answers and I think as we each share what we are doing, "right-wrong-or-indifferent," we can all learn something from what we each share. My mind is wide open at this point.

If you're feeling possessive about the specific product success, no problem. Which commission funnel works best for yoy? CJ dot com?

I have payout from Linkshare almost every month since April, need $50 for payout. Also at $98 on adsense, need $100 for payout there. I keep it simple and clean.

There are about 12 sites actually. I use facebook ads, taboola and outbrain.

How much organic traffic do you get in a month. You are not getting targeted traffic from the other sources. Targeted traffic converts.
