If you don't expect an email from them then don't open the attachments and yes mark it as spam. If your email provider has the facility then report it as spam.
They probably had a mix up on an email address. They have a nice looking site, but I didn't see any references to a red funnel, although they are using a funneling system for checking the numbers of different fish they have in their lakes. Great looking Mayor.
Use your security software to scan any .doc file or any other type in e-mail. You do have an internet security suite, right?
Googled that and sounds like an attempt to promote something or their address has been hijacked and is used as a cover. I would not open these and mark them as spam and/or delete them.
Sounds like a bunch of unwanted spam to me. Don't open documents like that, hopefully you haven't. Do you have akismet installed in WordPress? That will block out most spam. If you haven't done that already I would.

You have soooo many viable options! Make sure to utilize your giveaway as a list builder tool as well....how large are your followers on all platforms ...website and social mrdia...make full use of timed social postings....use a free tool like Buffer..so many options!
There is a training on giving away bonuses for WA. I guess you could use the same principles.
Scan them, then convert them and merge them in one pdf file. There are many ways how to do that, cloudconvert.com is very convenient. Then use the file as an opt-in incentive - give it in exchange for the email address. Grow your list that way.
Take photos and sell them online with a watermark to protect them?
Or you could self-publish? Maybe Amazon? A mandala adult colouring book. They are all the rage now haha.

oops I thought you said sell, not give away. mm pixabay always need images. also, are they hard copy or digital? Schools, sunday schools, community centres, aged care centres, etc etc. could all use something like that.

So when you say you don't know where to begin, what exactly do you mean? You have already decided you want free printables. They would most likely be PDF formats or something. So what do you need to know?
What you need to do is ftp them up to your website.
You could make a new folder and upload them to that, after zipping each one individually to reduce size.
Say your new folder is named "giveaways". Put a blank index.html page in there, and your downloads will not be visible.
You then create a link pointing to each giveaway individually, and send that link when someone subscribes to your list.
If you just want people to be able to download without subscribing, just make the links visible on your site.
