Should I have a completely different website for my WA affiliate stuff?

Hi Timothy, I started with the WA affiliate stuff in with my niche stuff but then decided to separate them and have a totally new website for the WA stuff. It is up to yourself though. xx

Thank you Cheryl, I think I'm going to have 2 separate sites as well.
It was overwhelming at first when I thought about working on 2 sites at the same time but I'm getting better control of it now after learning more here at WA, setting up a good schedule and plan to work on the 2 sites and after getting advice from generous people like you who have great experience at this.
I looked at your 2 sites so I see how you're doing it. Very nice.
Thank you again for your comments Cheryl and we hope the best for you and your goals.
Timothy

Thanks and you're very welcome. xx

Tim, many of us don't (yet) have bootcamp sites. And many of us include a blurb in our websites. Recommendation is to do it on your About page.

I notice some people do it in a Widget on the side bar.

Just give a bit of content but don't overdo it as you don't want to clash with what your site niche is.

Thank you so much Helen.
I do have some information about WA on my about me page (by accident) do I guess that will work ok like you said.
Yeah, I didn't want to overdo it because I know how artists are if they think you're trying to sell them something! (I'm one myself)
I appreciate your insights Helen, it's helped me a lot.
Timothy
P.S. write to me too if you need any help with anything

Tim, you are welcome. So you are a writer of music and words. What fun. My music creations are making up rude songs to existing music. Generally about our cats.

I once had a plumbing hardware salesman come to the office and try to sell me stuff. At that time I was doing a water supply design but that was for a city's distribution network. You know really BIG pipes and fittings. He was selling parts under 150mm (6 inches). It didn't matter how many times I told him I didn't need his products! Finally he told me if he didn't sell anything he would lose his job. Well that did it. I told him that was tough but he wasn't going to make a sale so would he please leave. (I was still being polite.) My immediate boss then came in laughing his head off saying 'he doesn't know women very well does he'! People like that will never get me to buy even if they have what I need.

At this point I might say I just listened to some of your songs. The ones I heard were very pleasant and, to me, quite relaxing. Nice stuff.

And therefore I am going to follow you so to hear more.

Personally, i think i will go with a seperate site xox

Thank you for your response. I'm leaning toward a separate site based on the comments I've received.

:-)) if you need anything please give me a shout...i will always try my best for you xoxo to you and yours

It is always a good idea to have one page about WA on any niche site, maybe in tour About Me page when you explain how you started online. Just an idea!! :)

Right now, I have a review of WA on my review page on my music site but to put it on my About me is a good idea. Thank you so much.

You are very welcome Timothy :)

Depends.

If you are monetizing your website, I would include a recommendation or review of WA for other song writers. The easy ability of creating a website with WA lets them focus on song writing, for example.

If your site is ad free, then I mostly like would not include WA affiliate links.

It's strictly a personal choice.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Glen.
Yes, I'm monetizing my site and right now have a review of WA on my review page.
I just wondered if I'd get more targeted response if I had a separate website for WA.
I'd rather not have to build a separate site so I can just focus on my one site, but if I need to, then I will.
Timothy

Check with Rick (CosmicRadio) on this one he is the resident expert in this niche.

Thank you M. I'll do that.

I have on every niche website one page (My niche&business;) and beside that a website for solely WA

Timothy, I find this suggestion by Loes a better option for the reason that, there are site visitors (although they're rare) that don't like buying or taking advice from people whom they discover is trying to make money online. To avoid that situation, better to have another site that's focused on promoting WA.

Thank you Loes and Coach Gom.
I do have a short review of WA on my review page on my music site but I didn't want people to make the mistake of thinking my site was about WA
What you describe is the way I'm leaning towards too, I just wanted to focus right now on my one site, but if I need to build a separate site for WA then I will.
It seems to me that you could get a more targeted audience if you had a site for WA only.

Thank you again for responding. You have really helped me to think.
