Noticing Not All my Posts Get Indexed, Does This Happen to Others in the Beginning?

Hi, I’ve been with WA for a little over a month now and I’ve started to notice sometimes my posts get indexed in google really fast like within days but other times not. I have a post that got indexed in a couple days but the one that I published a week or 2 before that one isn’t getting indexed. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I have all the posts that haven’t been indexed shared on my google plus.

Not to worry. I had one that I wrote a couple weeks ago get indexed right away, and 2 from longer ago just get indexed this week. There is no set time for that to happen.
